BULLS-5000A MTP/MPO POLISHING MACHINE


Bulls-5000A is widely used for polishing multi-core MT ferrules in mass production, it can also polish single core fiber optic connector products, other fiber optical products like photonic components, medical fiber optic, fiber optic sensor, etc. All rotating structure are bearings and patented, which ensures the high precision & durability of the machine. Good process scalability, can provide stable machine platform support for special 3D index requirement. Pressure, time and speed be set by program, all are with real time feedback and added the pressure calibration function, which can correct the equipment pressure. Easy operation, no maintenance.

BULLS-3500 POLISHING MACHINE


The Bulls-3500 fiber polishing machine is an upgraded version of the original Bulls-3000 fiber polishing machine, with higher accuracy and stability. At the same time, the operating panel has been upgraded to a touch screen, which can more conveniently and intuitively adjust/set process parameters. In addition, functions such as lifespan warning and shutdown have been added to the polishing film.

BULLS-PM2000 AUTOMATIC AXIS ADJUSTMENT AND MEASURING INSTRUMENT


Bulls-PM2000 automatically adjusted axis and measuring instrument are controlled by computer program (or manually adjusted), which are mainly used for KEY adjustment of ordinary polarization maintaining optical fibers. Due to its high accuracy, strong stability, wide application range and high flexibility, it can achieve high-precision adjustment and alignment of KEY keys at any angle (software controlled alignment accuracy is ± 0.2 degrees).
