BULLS-3500 POLISHING MACHINE
The Bulls-3500 fiber polishing machine is an upgraded version of the original Bulls-3000 fiber polishing machine, with higher accuracy and stability. At the same time, the operating panel has been upgraded to a touch screen, which can more conveniently and intuitively adjust/set process parameters. In addition, functions such as lifespan warning and shutdown have been added to the polishing film.

· Supports online switching between Chinese and English operation interfaces.
· Matched with Bulls polishing fixture and no need to adjust the equipment, except for the influence of parts and process, the 3D can reach 100% pass rate and the offset is mainly concentrated within 35UM.
· The process parameters of polishing film type, fiber optic rubber pad brand and model can be defined. The time used of the polishing film of each process can be counted, after reaching the setting number, stop or alarm can be achieved.
· Polishing speed (30-160rpm) and slow start time(0-15s) can be set independently for each step to ensure the maximum process flexibility and best product quality. At the same time prolong the life-span of polishing film.
· Internal operation patented structure, trajectory optimization, smoother and better end effect, support greater load at the same time. The machine can polish 36 SC connectors at one time matched with patent fixture of Bulls, polishing film save more than 30%.
· Independent polishing compensation function, the independent polishing compensation parameters can be saved at each polishing step. Polishing compensation time can be started or closed independently according to requirements.
· Upgraded waterproof performance, quiet, wide voltage input, energy-saving (total power ≤ 65W); maintenance-free, environmentally friendly, no need to add grease regularly, reducing the impact on the health of operators.
