Bulls-LS1000 Fiber Laser Cleaver
Bulls-Ls1000 series fiber laser cleaver, mainly used in single core, MT and other products. The manual cleaving relies on a trained operator scoring the fiber with a fiber scribe, and then breaking the fibers away from the ferrule. After cleaving, the surface of the fiber might be uneven and have nubs, the ferrule is not yet ready for fiber polishing. There are might be break/scratch/chip on the fiber surface, the end face might not be perfect after polishing, it might cause rework/scrap.
LS1000 Fiber Laser Cleaver is ease of use, has a high degree of accuracy; It produces a flat and smooth cut close to the ferrule face, creating the ideal surface for polishing, no nubs/core cracks/chip, and improves polished end face geometry, results in additional time and cost saving.

· Frequency and power can be adjusted online.
· Single stroke cutting mode or reciprocating stroke cutting mode can be selected.
· Cutting time (single stroke) : 1~3 seconds.
· It can reduce the three processes of cutting fiber and removing glue head and 30μm, which can reduce the polishing amount and avoid the notch.
· Recommended Protrusion: 100µ～200µ.
· Quick change adapter inserts for single or multi-core ferrule, such as SC, LC, FC and MT.
